01 / The challenge
When everything feels complicated, clarity matters.
Less confusion. Clearer next steps.
An auto accident can leave people trying to understand several unfamiliar processes at once, from vehicle repairs and insurance coverage to medical treatment and legal considerations.
The chiropractor wanted a website that could help people find useful information while introducing River Hills Chiropractic and Wellness Center as a treatment option.
The challenge was to organize that information into an experience that felt approachable, useful, and easy to navigate.
02 / From foundation to fresh perspective
The first chapter.
The first version: building the foundation.
I originally designed and developed Florida Car Accident Advisor in WordPress, creating a dedicated resource for people seeking guidance after an auto accident.
The website brought educational information and clinic discovery together, establishing the foundation for a more comprehensive digital experience.
A fresh look.
Same purpose. A more thoughtful experience.
Returning to the project gave me an opportunity to rethink the website from the ground up.
Rather than simply updating its appearance, I reorganized the information and rebuilt the site to make its content easier to explore and its purpose clearer to visitors.
03 / Organizing the questions
Different starting points. A clearer way through.
01
Vehicle repair & replacement
02
Medical care & treatment
03
Legal guidance
04
Insurance & PIP
These topic areas give visitors different ways into the resource, while educational pages, contact options, and treatment links offer related next steps.
04 / Designing for understanding
Good design helps people know what to do next.
The design needed to do more than look professional. It needed to help visitors understand unfamiliar information, find relevant resources, and identify a clear next step.
I approached the experience with an emphasis on content organization, readable layouts, intuitive navigation, and accessible calls to action.
Educational content, with a next step nearby.
The article layout brings a focused reading area together with a persistent consultation form.

05 / Design & development
Two builds. One clearer purpose.
I originally built Florida Car Accident Advisor in WordPress as an informational resource connecting people involved in auto accidents with useful guidance and chiropractic treatment options.
Later, I returned to the project and rebuilt the website using VS Code, reorganizing the content and updating the design to create a more cohesive experience.
The second build was an opportunity to rethink how visitors moved through the information, not simply how the website looked.
06 / The outcome
A resource designed to inform and connect.
The result is a functioning informational website that brings accident-related resources together with clear opportunities to contact the clinic and explore treatment options.
Two website builds
Original WordPress site and subsequent rebuild.
Reorganized experience
Updated structure and presentation of accident-related information.
Patient-focused pathways
Educational resources paired with contact and treatment options.
For me, the project demonstrates the value of revisiting a digital experience with fresh eyes — improving how information is presented while keeping the visitor's needs and the business goal at the center.
The takeaway
“Great digital experiences don't just deliver information. They help people find their way.”
Florida Car Accident Advisor brought together website design, development, content organization, and business-focused thinking. It reinforced my belief that thoughtful design starts with understanding what people need and making their next step easier.
